David Cook co-founded Alliance Access Homes with a vision to create something better for people living with disability. Homes that feel warm, safe, empowering and genuinely like a home, not simply accommodation.
As the father of a son living with Autism, intellectual disability and mobility issues, David's connection to Specialist Disability Accommodation is deeply personal. When exploring long term housing options for his son, he recognised a significant gap in the market with many available properties being functional, but lacked the comfort, dignity and sense of belonging families hoped for.
Drawing on his background in property construction and development David helped create Alliance Access Homes around the concept of a "forever home".
These would be thoughtfully designed spaces that can adapt alongside resident's changing needs over time, allowing them to maintain stability, familiarity and independence.
David is passionate about creating home that support not only residents, but also their families, support networks and long-term wellbeing. His approach focusses on quality construction, practical design, accessibility, connection and creating environments where people can truly thrive. Above all David believes every person deserves the opportunity to live with dignity, choice, independence and a genuine sense of home.

With a strong background in construction and project management, Peter brings practical, detail focused approach to the development of every home.
He is passionate about creating environments that are not only functional and accessible, but also modern, welcoming and built to a high standard.
Peter believes thoughtful design and quality construction play an important role in supporting confidence, stability and everyday wellbeing for residents and their families.
His focus is on delivering homes that feel safe, comfortable and genuinely like home, while helping residents live as independently as possible.
Together, with the wider team, Peter is committed to creating long term housing solutions that place people first and support meaningful independent living.
